Thank you so much for supporting my travel to Miami this December for the Orange Bowl International Regatta.

I flew to Miami to begin practice for 5 days leading up to the event. The conditions brought warm weather and light to moderate winds. Practices went well as this gave my partner, Sophia Pearce, and I much needed time together in the boat.
The first day the regatta was light with winds from 3-6 knots and thus the RC was only able to get off two races where I placed 2 and 3 in the qualifier day. Day two we raced 4 races even with light winds. At the end of day 2, with a few harder races I was in 5th place.

Day three dug deep, finishing with two good races ending the day in third place The final day of racing was called with no races being completed due to lack of winds. Thanks to your support I am proud to have placed third at my first Orange Bowl in the C420.
