Over 200 guests dined on crab, corn, cole slaw and potatoes in support of the BYC Maritime Sciences & Seamanship Foundation. The event, hosted on by the BYC Juniors has become an annual affair with both live and silent auctions benefiting the Foundation’s Junior Sailing Fund. This year’s auction was action packed and lively. BYC junior sailors served up the dinner with officers and directors rounding out the wait staff taking drink orders. The evening finished up with a slide presentation showcasing the 2010 activities, events and sailing successes of the BYC juniors, many of whom directly benefited from the Foundation’s generosity.
A huge thank you to all silent and live auction donors and big winners. And a big thanks to all the kids, parents and board members who made the evening really a fun event!
